Due to the high volume of new patient registrations we are currently receiving, the registration process is taking approximately 4 weeks and once registered we will email you a letter welcoming you to the practice. This may however on occasion take longer, so if you do need to see a clinician in advance of receiving confirmation of your registration, then please call the practice in order to discuss this. 

 

After your registration is complete you will be able to use our online services to book an appointment or service.

 

Should we need additional information from you to complete your registration we will ask you to bring this with you on your first visit to the practice. If you need to do this please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.
