Requests for a shielding letter

Shielding letters have been sent to eligible patients. However some patients may have been missed. Before telephoning to request a 12 week shielding letter please check if you meet any of the following criteria: Solid organ transplants: all patients. Easter Bank Holiday Opening

The practice will be open over the Easter Bank Holidays on the following days and times: Good Friday 10th of April from 08:00 to 18:30 Easter Monday 13th of April from 08:00 to 18:30 The last day to request routine medications in order to receive the prescription before the Easter weekend will be Tuesday 7th of April. Requests made on Wednesday 8th of April or later will not be ready to collect until after 13th of April. The best way to request your medications is online.

Am I extremely vulnerable?

The government has issued a list of conditions which put people into an "extremely vulnerable" group. These patients should practice protective shielding. You will have received a letter from NHS England if you fall into this group. If you believe that you have a medical condition which makes you extremely vulnerable to coronavirus (COVID-19), you can register using the government website by following the steps found on this webpage.
