Walk & Talk for Wellbeing

We are pleased to be launching a new “Walk & Talk for Wellbeing” group at Morris House Group Practice, supported by Sport England. These friendly, low-intensity walks are a great way to improve physical health, boost mood and connect with others in the community.


The first community walk will take place on Monday 27th April from 12:30 to 13:00, starting at the practice. Ongoing walks will take place on Mondays and are open to all adults, regardless of fitness level.
