HOMELESSNESS

Get advice on applying for homeless help from the council, including making an application and challenging a decision online at:

HOUSING BENEFIT/TO REGISTER FOR HOUSING

There is a customer service team based at Wood Green Library where you can access a range of support such as:

  • Housing Benefit Queries/New Claims

  • Social Housing Queries

  • Council Tax Queries

  • Tenancy Terminations 

  • Parking 

Opening Times: 

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9am to 5pm
Wednesday:  10am to 5pm
