The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important feedback tool supporting the fundamental principle for our patients to provide feedback on the services experience. Listening to the views of our patients and staff helps identify what is working well, what can be improved and how.
In July 2023, the Practice received 222 FFT responses which 94% was positive feedback. One of the constructive feedback was related to use of mobile phones in the waiting room. Following that, we created posters advising patients not to use mobile phones in the waiting room and take calls outside.
