Appointment Changes due to Coronavirus
Due to Coronavirus we are currently offering all patients telephone triage appointments as their first point of contact. At present it is not possible to make an appointment in person or via the website.
If you have cough, cold, fever or other viral symptoms that are mild you do not need to call to speak with a doctor - please visit https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19 for more information.
If you need to speak to a doctor about any medical problem please call the surgery on 0203 143 3600. Our receptionists will triage your query and if needed one of our clinicians will call you back. Please do not come to the surgery unless you have spoken to a clinician on the phone first.
For the latest Covid-19 advice please visit www.nhs.uk. If you think you may have Covid-19 please do not go to your GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. Use the NHS 111 online service at 111.nhs.uk/covid-19 to find out what to do next.
Arriving for an appointment
Your should arrive at least 10 minutes early for an appointment. When you arrive at the surgery for an appointment, please use our self check-in screen which is located to the left of the reception counter rather than checking in at the reception desk. Various language options are available. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the doctor or clinician may be unable to see you and this may be treated as a missed appointment.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend your appointment so that we can make it available for another patient. If you repeatedly miss appointments then you may be asked to register elsewhere.
We only make home visits for those patients who are housebound – too frail or too ill to attend. Examples of patients we might visit would include bedbound patients and patients who might come to serious harm if moved or where movement might worsen their condition. Our reception staff will ask you several questions in order to make an assessment as to whether a home visit is suitable.
Your request for a visit will be put to a clinician who will assess it on a medical basis before deciding whether to visit. The clinician may also telephone phone you in order to inform this assessment.
Please note that a visit request may be refused where the practice considers that a visit is not appropriate.
A duty doctor is available every afternoon to speak to patients whose needs are clinically urgent and cannot wait until the following day.

Appointments are now available for all patients registered at any Haringey practice.
