Since 1st of September 2025, we are operating a total triage system, where every request for an appointment is triaged by our clinical team.

To request medical help, including appointments, we are asking all our patients to use an online form so that we can direct you to the most appropriate person or service.

If you find it difficult to use a computer or a smartphone, you can telephone our reception on 020 3143 3600 or attend in person and our receptionists will fill out the form on your behalf.

Our reception staff are not able to book an appointment with a GP directly and all requests are triaged in the same way.

Further Information

Arriving for an appointment

Your should arrive at least 10 minutes early for an appointment. When you arrive at the surgery for an appointment, please use our self check-in screen which is located to the left of the reception counter rather than checking in at the reception desk. Various language options are available. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the doctor or clinician may be unable to see you and this may be treated as a missed appointment.

Missed appointments

Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend your appointment so that we can make it available for another patient. If you repeatedly miss appointments then you may be asked to register elsewhere.

Home visits

We only make home visits for those patients who are housebound – too frail or too ill to attend.  Examples of patients we might visit would include bedbound patients and patients who might come to serious harm if moved or where movement might worsen their condition. Our reception staff will ask you several questions in order to make an assessment as to whether a home visit is suitable.

Your request for a visit will be put to a clinician who will assess it on a medical basis before deciding whether to visit. The clinician may also telephone phone you in order to inform this assessment.

Please note that a visit request may be refused where the practice considers that a visit is not appropriate.
